Loan Payment Options

So you’ve got your loan with us – thank you!

We’re so glad to have you as a member. If you’re looking to make a loan payment, you’re in the right place.

Pay with a Premier Members Credit Union Account:

  • Online Banking – Simply log in to your online banking account and transfer the loan payment amount from either your Premier Members Checking or Savings account. You can also make payments from your other financial institutions by setting up External ACH Transfers.
  • Mobile Banking – Log in to your mobile banking app to transfer the funds.
  • Contact Center – Give us a call at 303.657.7000 and we’ll handle the rest.
  • In-Branch – Stop by any of our 16 branches along the front range or any of the 5,600+ shared branches nationwide.
  • Mail – Be sure to include your name, account number and loan suffix information. Send a check to:

Pay with Another Financial Institution:

Notice: Payments via the Payment Center/Bacon Web Pay are currently experiencing intermittent latency issues.

  • In-Branch – Stop by any of our 16 branches along the front range or any of the 5,600+ shared branches nationwide.
  • Online – Visit our Payment Center* and make a loan payment for a fee.
    • Payments can be made via debit/credit card or by entering your other financial institution account number and routing number information. Please allow a few business days for your payment to post.

    • Any new ACH payment added will require you to enter your online banking credentials associated with that account. You can see what this process looks like here. If you do not have online credentials with your financial institution to perform an ACH payment, you will still have the option to use your debit card to make the payment.
  • Contact Center – For a slightly larger fee, we can process your payment over the phone.
  • Mail – Be sure to include your name, account number and loan suffix information. Send a check to:

  • Bill Pay – Through your other financial institution – set up Premier Members Credit Union as a payee through your other bank or credit unions online bill pay. Be sure to include your name, account number and loan suffix information.

*Payments through our partner SWBC are accepted for the following Premier Members Credit Union loans: Auto loans, overdraft lines of credit, signature lines, credit cards, home equity lines of credit, secured loans and recreational vehicle loans. Payments are not accepted on First Mortgage loans. Payments are not accepted from the following account types: Trust accounts, Estate accounts, CUTMA, Custodial and Conservatorship accounts.
