Online Banking and Bill Pay - Supported Browser Notice

On October 31, 2016 a security enhancement will be implemented within Premier Members Credit Union online banking and bill pay applications.

The following browsers are known to fully support this updated security enhancement:

  • Chrome Version 22+
  • Android Version 5.0+
  • Firefox Version 27+
  • IE Version 11+ (IE Version 8+ is capable but has TLS 1.1/1.2 disabled by default and must be enabled)
  • Safari 7+

Please ensure that you are using only the supported versions for Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari as of October 31, 2016.

Online Banking – Check Images Not Displaying Notice

An issue with displaying of check images within Premier Members online banking application was resolved on October 4th, 2016.

Mobile Banking App Notice

Previous known issues with Mobile Deposit on Android phones were resolved on October 10th, 2016 with the release of the updated Premier Members Mobile app available on the Google Play Store.
