Premier Members Credit Union’s Rules to the Artisans of Giving Sweepstakes

Sponsor: Premier Members Credit Union (“Credit Union”) is a sponsor of the sweepstakes. The Credit Union’s business address is 5505 Arapahoe Ave., Boulder, CO 80303. The sweepstakes is for the benefit of Foothills United Way/Mile High United Way, a 501(c)3 organization.

Eligibility: Credit Union employees and officials are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Business and Corporate Accounts are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The sweepstakes are open to any legal resident of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. In order to enter, individuals must register during the Sweepstakes Period at https://unitedwaydenver.tapkat.org/win50Kformortgage. Members may receive a voucher for additional bonus tickets if a donation is made to Foothills United Way/Mile High United Way. Members may also be eligible to receive a voucher for bonus tickets by opening an eligible product with the Credit Union. Products eligible include: certificate, money market account, checking account, or mortgage. IRA and HSA products are not eligible.

By entering the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the Official Rules of TapKat Solutions LLC, for an online sweepstakes to raise donations for the United Way.

Liability/General Conditions: The sweepstakes is administrated by TapKat Solutions LLC for the benefit of Foothills United Way/Mile High United Way and entrants should see the official rules of TapKat Solutions LLC and Foothills United Way/Mile High United Way. The Credit Union is not a party to the sweepstakes. The Credit Union is not responsible for any loss that may occur in connection with the sweepstakes. Entrants agree to hold the Credit Union and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives and agents harmless from any liability arising from the participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession or misuse of the prize. The Credit Union and each of its officers, directors, employees, members, representatives and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of the entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in the sweepstakes. The Credit Union is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the sweepstakes. The prize cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by the winner. The Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the sweepstakes and redemption of the prizes.

Publicity Authorization: The Winner, by acceptance of the Prize, grant to the Credit Union, and each of Credit Union’s designees, the right to publicize the Winners’ names, addresses (city and state/territory of residence), photographs, voices, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade, and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.
